Tools for talking when the stakes are high

On 12th June 2021, we hosted a Crucial Conversations Workshop. Members of the Noordgesig Gender-Based Group attended this workshop which was aimed at equipping them to have difficult conversations.

The workshop was hosted at the Johannesburg Culinary School and covered topics such as identifying when a conversation has become crucial, mastering one’s own stories when a crucial conversation is ongoing, and effectively stating the facts of your own story during a difficult conversation.
